Milwaukee Easy Access System In A Ford Transit Custom
Our Milwaukee Easy Access System is now an established product in the Lawson Automotive range. This Ford Transit Custom installation shows the two-stack system in use, with a main slide, independently sliding shelves and a slim utility drawer.

Bring The Whole System Out To You
The main slide brings both stacks out through the rear doors, placing the shelf fronts and cases within reach. Each sliding shelf can then be extended independently to access the organiser or equipment on that level.
The main slide has a 1,200 mm extension and a 247 kg rated running system. Individual sliding shelves use 125 kg rated running systems. These are running-system ratings; the equipment layout and installation are planned to suit the complete assembly.
Different PACKOUT Units, One Storage Layout
This demonstration combines a large PACKOUT case, shallow and medium organisers, paired compact organisers and a grab tote. It shows how different case formats can be arranged across the two stacks.
The red front-opening unit on the base is a PACKOUT cabinet. It demonstrates the fixed base-mounting option: suitable units can attach to a compatible PACKOUT plate at the base of a stack, while other cases use individual sliding shelves above or alongside them.
Open an organiser lid with its shelf extended, reach a case on another tier or open the cabinet without treating every item as one tall stack. The photos show several combinations rather than a single prescribed PACKOUT loadout.
A Slim Drawer Beneath The Main Deck
The built-in slim utility drawer adds accessible storage below the stacks. The installation photos show it extended separately, giving a clear view of the drawer and its relationship to the main slide.
It is a practical place for smaller items that would otherwise be buried beneath larger equipment. What you put in it can be planned around the tools and consumables you reach for most often.
Solid Tops And A Reconfigurable Layout
The carpeted frame has solid top decks. Where the vehicle has enough overhead clearance, compatible PACKOUT mounting plates can be fitted above the stacks for additional storage. Compatible plate mounting positions at the front and rear provide further layout options.
Shelf positions can be changed to suit a different arrangement of equipment. The aim is to retain a useful storage base as the cases and tools you carry evolve.
